Feyenoord demand €37m as interest grows in Algeria’s Anis Hadj Moussa
Algeria international Anis Hadj Moussa continues to attract growing interest from across Europe, with several clubs monitoring the Feyenoord winger as speculation over his future gathers momentum during the summer transfer window.
The 24-year-old enjoyed an impressive spell with the Dutch club and has emerged as one of the most sought-after players in their squad.
His performances have drawn attention from teams in several of Europe’s leading leagues, with fresh interest adding to an already competitive race for his signature.
According to reports from the Netherlands, Sunderland have renewed their pursuit of the Algerian winger after first expressing interest during the previous winter transfer window.
The Premier League newcomers are understood to have stepped up their efforts as they seek to strengthen their squad ahead of the new campaign.
However, Sunderland are far from the only club keeping a close watch on Hadj Moussa’s situation.
Premier League sides Newcastle United and Aston Villa have also been linked with the winger in recent months, while interest has now expanded to both Italy and France.
Italian club Como 1907 are reported to have officially registered their interest in the Algerian international as they continue planning for next season.
French side Paris FC have also joined the list of clubs following the player’s progress, highlighting the increasing competition for one of Feyenoord’s standout performers.
Despite the growing number of potential suitors, Feyenoord are not prepared to sanction a departure on reduced terms.
The Dutch club reportedly values Hadj Moussa at around €37 million and is expected to insist on that figure before considering any transfer offers.
With the winger under contract until June 2030, Feyenoord remain in a strong negotiating position and are under no immediate pressure to sell.
That contract gives the Eredivisie side significant leverage as interest continues to build from clubs across Europe.
Reports also indicate that a move to the Saudi Pro League is no longer under consideration after approaches from Al Ahli and Al Hilal failed to progress.
Those developments have reinforced expectations that, if Hadj Moussa leaves Rotterdam this summer, his next destination is more likely to be within one of Europe’s top leagues.
The player is also believed to have his own ambitions regarding the next stage of his career.
According to the reports, Hadj Moussa favours a move to the Premier League, viewing England’s top flight as the ideal environment to continue his development and compete at the highest level.
Although no official bid has yet resulted in an agreement, the list of interested clubs continues to grow, making the Algerian international one of the transfer window’s most closely watched players.
For now, Hadj Moussa remains a Feyenoord player, but with interest intensifying and the Dutch club’s valuation now established, his future is expected to become clearer as the summer transfer window progresses.
