Abdel Kader Coulibaly leaves Angkor Tiger to become free agent in Cambodian Premier League shake-up
Abdel Kader Coulibaly has left Angkor Tiger FC to become a free agent, with the 33-year-old centre-forward completing a move to Without Club status on 6 July 2026 after his spell in the Cambodian Premier League. The transfer was a standard free departure, with no fee disclosed.
Coulibaly, who holds Cambodian and Ivorian nationality and was born in M’Bahiakro, had been with Angkor Tiger since February 2025. His current estimated market value stands at 50,000, having gradually declined from a peak of 100,000 during his time at ISI Dangkor Senchey FC. Standing at 1.79m and operating primarily as a central striker, he now leaves the Siem Reap-based side ahead of the 202627 campaign.
His exit marks the latest move in a career spent entirely within Cambodian club football since 2018. Before joining Angkor Tiger, Coulibaly played for ISI Dangkor Senchey from February 2022, a period that coincided with his highest recorded market valuations. Earlier stints included spells at MOI – Kompong Dewa FC and Asia Euro United, following his initial arrival in the country from an unspecified club.
The move ends Coulibalys second spell as a free agent, having previously spent time without a club before signing for ISI Dangkor Senchey in early 2022. With his contract at Angkor Tiger now concluded and no new club registered, the forward enters the next phase of his career unattached.
