CAF Confederation Cup: El-Kanemi Warriors face Raja Casablanca in second qualifying round

El-Kanemi Warriors host Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca in the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup second preliminary-round tie on Sunday.

The match will kick off at 15:00 GMT at the Remo Stars Stadium in Ikenne, Nigeria.

Although El-Kanemi Warriors are the home side, the Maiduguri-based club will play the fixture away from their usual base after the match was relocated to Ikenne. They will be aiming to produce an upset against one of Morocco’s leading clubs.

Raja Casablanca travel to Nigeria seeking a positive result before the return leg. However, the Moroccan side will be without four notable players.

Ismail Mokaddem is unavailable for disciplinary reasons, while Ayoub El Amloud, Adel Bettaieb and Adam Ennaffati are all ruled out through injury.
