Chelsea are monitoring Inter Milan midfielder Andy Diouf, with Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain also reportedly interested in the France international.
The 23-year-old, who is of Senegalese origin, has attracted attention with his versatility and recent performances for France, according to journalist Ekrem Konur. Chelsea are understood to appreciate his ability to operate in several positions, although there has been no confirmed offer or agreement from the Blues.
Diouf was called up to the France squad for the first time by Zinedine Zidane in September 2026. He made his international debut during the Nations League and was subsequently selected at left-back against Belgium, underlining his capacity to adapt to the demands of different roles.
His development has continued since he joined Inter Milan from RC Lens in the summer of 2025. The midfielder has gradually become a more prominent member of the Nerazzurri squad, with his physical strength, mobility and flexibility making him an attractive option for leading European clubs.
Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain could also become involved if their reported interest develops into a concrete pursuit. Chelsea, however, have yet to make their position official, and the transfer situation remains at an early stage ahead of the winter window.
Inter Milan will hope to retain a player capable of contributing in multiple positions as he continues his progress at the highest level. Diouf is under contract at the club until 30 June 2030 and has an estimated market value of 30m euros.
Inter Milan’s next fixture will be against Club Bruges in the second matchday of the Champions League. The listed pre-match odds give Inter Milan a 1.21 price to win, with a draw at 6.00 and a Club Bruges victory at 9.50.
