Chad striker Marius Mouandilmadji has completed his move from Samsunspor to Olympiakos, bringing his three-year spell in Turkish football to an end.

The Greek club officially announced the signing of the 28-year-old forward on Wednesday, 16 September 2026. Mouandilmadji now begins a new chapter in Greece after establishing himself as an important attacking player during his time in Türkiye.

The 1.90m striker joined Samsunspor in July 2023 from RFC Seraing and went on to become an influential figure in the Turkish side’s attack.

His physical presence, ability to operate inside the penalty area and contribution in important moments helped him make an impact during his time at the club.

Mouandilmadji’s spell at Samsunspor also coincided with a significant period in the club’s history. The Turkish side credited him with playing an important part in their qualification for European competition.

During Samsunspor’s Europa Conference League campaign, the Chad international scored eight goals and supplied three assists. The club said he finished as the competition’s leading scorer.

Those performances helped underline his attacking contribution and provided the basis for his move to Olympiakos.

The transfer will see Mouandilmadji leave Turkish football after three seasons and begin his first experience in the Greek Super League.

Before establishing himself at Samsunspor, the forward had already played for several clubs in Europe. His career included spells with Porto B, Aves and RFC Seraing.

He joined Seraing before making the move to Türkiye in 2023, where he spent the following three seasons developing his reputation as a regular attacking option.

Olympiakos will now provide the next challenge in his career, with the Greek club bringing in a forward who arrives after a productive period in Turkish football.

For Mouandilmadji, the move represents another step in a career that has taken him through different European leagues.

His departure officially ends his time with Samsunspor, where he became a notable part of the team’s attacking setup and contributed to the club’s European campaign.

The 28-year-old will now turn his attention to Olympiakos as he prepares to adapt to the Greek Super League and a new stage of his career.

After three seasons in Türkiye, Mouandilmadji has completed his switch to Greece and will look to carry his goalscoring form into his new surroundings.
