Ahmed Abdel Kader starts for Pyramids against El Gouna as Zico and Mohamed Hamdy named substitutes

Ahmed Abdel Kader has been named in the starting line-up for Pyramids FC’s Egyptian Premier League meeting with El Gouna, while Zico and Mohamed Hamdy are among the substitutes.

The match, part of the fourth round of the Egyptian Premier League, is scheduled to take place shortly. Pyramids FC have made a strong start to the campaign, winning each of their first three matches against Ghazl El Mahalla, Abu Qir Fertilizers and Al Masry.

Ahmed Abdel Kader leads the attacking line for Pyramids FC in a forward unit that also includes Mostafa Fathi and Nasser Maher.

Pyramids FC manager has also selected Eyad El Askalany in defence to replace the injured Mahmoud Marei. Eyad El Askalany will line up alongside Mohamed El Shibi, Ahmed Sami and Karim Hafez.

El Gouna, meanwhile, go into the fixture with two points from their opening matches. Their points have come through draws against El Qanah and Modern Sport.

El Gouna’s starting line-up features Islam Risha in goal, with Abdel Gawad Taleb, Saber El Shimi, Mostafa Metwally and Khaled Sadek forming the defensive line.

The midfield consists of Nour El Sayed, Omar El Gazzar and Alpha Touray. Mohamed Gamal, Ahmed Zaki and David Simukonda have been selected in attack.
