Masfout Club add Senegal midfielder Lassana Camara in UAE move
Senegal midfielder Lassana Camara has joined Masfout Club from Palm City, switching clubs in the United Arab Emirates on 28 August 2026.
The 27-year-old plays primarily as a left midfielder and has agreed a contract with Masfout that runs until 30 June 2027. The move takes him to a club competing in the UAE First Division League, where he will continue his career in the country’s domestic football system.
Camara spent the first part of the 2026 calendar year with Palm City after joining the club from Forte Virtus on 1 January. His latest transfer brings an end to that spell and represents his third club move since the start of 2026.
He began the 2026-27 UAE First Division League campaign with Palm City, recording no appearances, goals or assists in the opening match listed for the season. Camara’s move to Masfout was completed before he made a league appearance during the campaign.
The Senegalese player joined Gulf Heroes in October 2020 in a free transfer, beginning the sequence of UAE club moves that has since taken him to Forte Virtus, Palm City and now Masfout Club. He has remained in the United Arab Emirates throughout that period.
Camara is listed at 1.87 metres and is predominantly right-footed despite operating from the left side of midfield. His positional profile gives Masfout an established option for the left side of their midfield as the club continues its 2026-27 league campaign.
Masfout Club confirmed the arrival through the completed registration of the player on 28 August. Camara’s contract is scheduled to remain in place for the remainder of the 2026-27 season and through the end of June 2027.
The transfer adds another chapter to Camara’s career in UAE football, following his spells with Gulf Heroes, Forte Virtus and Palm City. He is now a Masfout Club player.
