Saudi Super Cup 2026 dates confirmed as Al Nassr, Al Ahli, Al Qadsiah and Al Kholood learn schedule

The Saudi Football Federation’s Competitions Committee has confirmed the dates for the 2026 Saudi Super Cup, with the four-team tournament set to take place in December.

The semi-final matches will be played on 19 and 20 December, before the final takes place on 23 December.

The competition will feature Al Nassr, Al Ahli, Al Qadsiah and Al Kholood.

Al Nassr have qualified as champions of the league, while Al Ahli will take part after finishing third in last season’s standings. Al Qadsiah secured their place by ending the campaign in fourth.

Al Kholood complete the line-up as runners-up in the King’s Cup.

The tournament will therefore be contested by four clubs, with the semi-final winners progressing to the final three days after the second last-four tie.

Al Hilal, who finished second in the league last season, will not be involved in the next edition. Their absence is the result of a punishment imposed after the club withdrew from the previous staging of the Saudi Super Cup.

The confirmed schedule means all three matches will be held within a five-day period in December 2026. The opening semi-final is due to be played on 19 December, with the second semi-final following on 20 December. The winner of each match will then meet in the final on 23 December.

Al Nassr enter the competition as league champions, while Al Ahli and Al Qadsiah qualified through their final league positions. Al Kholood’s route is different, having reached the tournament as King’s Cup runners-up.

Al Hilal’s exclusion means the league runners-up will not have the opportunity to compete for the trophy. The club’s punishment relates specifically to its withdrawal from the previous edition, and it will serve as the reason for their non-participation in the 2026 tournament.
