Franck Kessie grows impatient with Juventus
Franck Kessie remains interested in joining Juventus, but his patience is beginning to run thin as the club delays making a concrete move.
The Ivorian midfielder has reportedly turned down several opportunities in recent months while waiting for the possibility of returning to Italy and moving to Turin.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Kessie has increased pressure on Juventus in recent days and is seeking a clearer response about the club’s intentions. At 29, he wants his future resolved soon rather than continuing to wait without guarantees.
Juventus have admired Kessie’s qualities for some time, yet their midfield remains overcrowded. The club must first create room in the squad, with Teun Koopmeiners among the players who could leave. Arthur’s departure has already opened one place, but it has not been enough to make a deal immediately possible.
Several connections could help negotiations. Kessie knows sporting director Frederic Massara from their Scudetto-winning period at AC Milan, while coach Luciano Spalletti has previously shown interest in the midfielder.
Juventus are also considering Leon Goretzka as an alternative. Kessie could sign after the transfer window closes, but his preference may not last forever. Turin must act soon or risk losing him.
