Tchoutang has featured in National 2, National 1, the Coupe de France and the Coupe de Luxembourg during his career. His National 2 record includes a campaign in which he made 26 appearances, scored once and provided one assist. He also recorded 26 appearances and one assist in another National 2 group, underlining his regular involvement at that level.
The midfielder was born in Rouen on 5 October 1991 and holds French and Cameroonian nationality. His move to Jeunesse Villenavaise continues a series of free transfers throughout his senior career, with each of his recorded club changes since 2011 completed without a fee.
