Pepin Machin leaves Vis Pesaro as Equatorial Guinea and Spain midfielder becomes unattached
Equatorial Guinea and Spain attacking midfielder Pepin Machin has left Vis Pesaro and is now without a club after completing his latest move on 19 August 2026.
The 30-year-old spent the previous 10 months with the Italian Serie C – Group B side, having joined Vis Pesaro after a spell without a club. He made one appearance in the opening round of the 2026-27 Coppa Italia Serie C, coming on as a substitute and playing 19 minutes.
Machin plays primarily in an attacking midfield role and is right-footed. Born in Bata, Equatorial Guinea, he stands 1.84m tall and has represented both Equatorial Guinea and Spain as his nationalities.
His departure marks another change in a career that has largely been based in Italy. During his time at Monza, Machin was part of the side that won the Italian third-tier title in the 2019-20 season. He later had loan spells with Pescara, Frosinone and FC Cartagena, returning to Monza after each temporary move. His spell at Cartagena in 2024-25 ended with the club being relegated from the second tier.
Machin left Monza in July 2025 and joined Vis Pesaro three months later. His current market value is €200,000, while the highest recorded value of his career was €2.6m.
