Morocco winger Montasser Lahtimi returns to FUS Rabat on two-year deal
Morocco winger Montasser Lahtimi has returned to Fath Union Sport (FUS) Rabat after reaching an agreement with the club to rejoin the team on a two-year contract.
The 25-year-old winger comes back to the Rabat-based side where he began his professional career, bringing with him valuable experience gained both in Morocco and abroad.
Lahtimi has spent the past few seasons playing for several clubs, including Wydad Casablanca and Renaissance Zemamra, while also experiencing football outside Morocco with Turkish side Trabzonspor.
His return represents a boost for FUS as the club looks to strengthen its attacking options ahead of the new season.
The Rabat outfit will hope Lahtimi’s familiarity with the club, combined with the experience he has gained throughout his career, can help add greater depth and creativity to their attack.
For Lahtimi, the move marks a return to familiar surroundings and the club where his professional journey first began.
