Ludogorets tracking Sint-Truiden winger Ilias Sebaoui after strong start
Ilias Sebaoui, the Belgian-Moroccan winger at Sint-Truiden, has been linked with a move to Bulgarian champions Ludogorets.
The 24-year-old has started both of Sint-Truiden’s Jupiler Pro League matches this season, scoring once and providing two assists. His three goal involvements account for 75% of the club’s goals in those appearances.
Sebaoui joined Sint-Truiden from Feyenoord in July 2025 in a transfer reported at €1m. He had spent the previous season on loan at Heerenveen before returning to Feyenoord, where he made the move to Belgium permanent.
The left winger, who prefers his right foot, has a contract with Sint-Truiden until 30 June 2028. His current reported market value is €3.5m.
Born in Antwerp, Sebaoui came through the youth systems at Waasland-Beveren and Beerschot before progressing to senior football with Beerschot. He moved to Feyenoord in 2023 and subsequently gained experience on loan at FC Dordrecht and Heerenveen.
The potential move would take him from Belgium’s top flight to the efbet Liga, although there is no indication that an agreement has been reached. Sebaoui remains a Sint-Truiden player, with his early-season form attracting attention while he continues under a long-term contract.
