Ipswich Town closing in on Abdoul Ouattara deal with RC Strasbourg

Ipswich Town are close to completing the signing of Ivory Coast international prospect Abdoul Ouattara from RC Strasbourg, with an agreement between the two clubs now at an advanced stage.
