Tunisian winger Aymen Hmidhi attracts CS Hammam-Lif interest

Tunisian winger Aymen Hmidhi is the subject of reported interest from fellow Ligue 1 side CS Hammam-Lif while he remains an Esperance player.

The 20-year-old left winger has made seven league appearances for Esperance this season, playing 342 minutes. He has also featured twice in the Tunisian Cup, where he was part of the squad that won the competition in the 2025-26 campaign.

Hmidhi moved into Esperance’s senior squad from Esperance Tunis Under-21s on 1 July 2026. His promotion came after he had been involved in the club’s cup-winning campaign, and he has since made his early first-team appearances in domestic competition.

CS Hammam-Lif are also competing in Tunisia’s Ligue 1, meaning any potential move would keep Hmidhi in the same division. The reported interest comes only weeks after his move into Esperance’s senior set-up, with the winger having established himself as a first-team option during the opening stage of the campaign.

There has been no indication of a transfer fee or agreement, and the move remains at the rumour stage. Hmidhi’s current position is therefore unchanged: he remains an Esperance player, with his contract situation not publicly specified.
