Jacer Jebabli: Macon 71 sign attacking midfielder from Bourgoin-Jallieu on free transfer

Macon 71 have completed the signing of attacking midfielder Jacer Jebabli from FC Bourgoin-Jallieu on a free transfer on 7 July 2026.

The 26-year-old, who is eligible to represent both France and Tunisia, joins the French club after one season with Bourgoin-Jallieu, continuing a career spent entirely in French football. Standing at 1.87m and predominantly right-footed, he arrives to strengthen Macon 71s options in the attacking midfield role.

Jebabli moves after a 202526 campaign at Bourgoin-Jallieu that followed a series of steady steps through the French pyramid. Before his spell there, he spent the 202425 season with AS Furiani-Agliani, having previously graduated from Lyon – La Ducheres first team following a promotion from their B side in 2022.

Born in Vaulx-en-Velin on 5 February 2000, Jebabli began to establish himself in senior football with FC Vaulx-en-Velin from 2020, following time with the reserve team of Grand Ouest Association Lyonnaise FC. His successive moves through Vaulx-en-Velin, Lyon – La Duchere and Furiani-Agliani have kept him within the French system while providing regular experience across different regional setups.

The transfer to Macon 71 marks Jebablis latest step after a sequence of annual moves in recent seasons, with each switch keeping him in France and within familiar competitive environments.

Jebabli is now registered as a Macon 71 player ahead of the 202627 season.
