The Professional Football League has confirmed the schedule for Matchday 21 of Ligue 1 Mobilis, with the highly anticipated clash between MC Alger and JS Kabylie set to headline the round.

The fixture list, released officially by the league authorities, shows that the traditional “Clasico” will take place on Thursday, 26 February at 22:00 local time.

The meeting between the two historic rivals is expected to play a decisive role in shaping the remainder of the season.

Matchday 21 will run from Thursday, 26 February through to Saturday, 28 February, with several key encounters scheduled across three days.

On the opening night, attention will not only be on the MC Alger–JS Kabylie showdown, but also on another high-profile contest as CS Constantine host CR Belouizdad at 22:00.

Friday’s programme features two afternoon fixtures at 14:30.

Paradou AC will face MC Oran, while MC El-Bayadh take on USM Alger.

Later that evening, at 22:00, JS Saoura meet ES Ben Aknoun.

The round concludes on Saturday with three further matches.

At 14:30, USM Khenchela play Olympique Akbou.

In the evening, two fixtures kick off simultaneously at 22:00: ES Sétif against ES Mostaganem, and MB Rouissat versus ASO Chlef.

With crucial points at stake at both ends of the table, the upcoming round could significantly influence the title race and the battle to avoid relegation.

However, it is Thursday night’s Clasico that is likely to capture the spotlight, as two of Algerian football’s most storied clubs renew their rivalry in what promises to be a pivotal encounter.
