Jonathan Tah is refusing to get carried away with treble talk at Bayern Munich, even as the team delivers outstanding performances on all fronts this season.
The defender says the drive to win trophies is part of everyday life at the club, not something they constantly hype up.
“Being successful and winning titles is always a topic, it’s always present. In every training session, in every small tournament we play in training,” Tah told Sky.
“Everyone wants to win. That’s why we’re competing for the big titles and want to be successful there. But we don’t label it or talk about it in those terms.”
Instead, Bayern’s squad is keeping their focus on performance levels and mentality. “Rather, we know that we can beat any opponent and we try to be successful,” he added.
“In the end, we’ll see whether we win those titles. I believe that everything is possible for us this season.”
His measured outlook underlines a hungry but grounded Bayern dressing room determined to let their football, not predictions, define their campaign.
