The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has settled on Guinean referee Naby Laye Toure to handle the CAF Confederation Cup clash between San Pedro and USM Alger this weekend.
San Pedro, third in Group A, will host leaders USM Alger at the Stade Laurent Pokou in Ivory Coast on Sunday, February 8, 2026, with both teams seeking for the maximum points in the encounter.
For this penultimate round match, the continental football governing body (CAF) has selected a Guinean refereeing quartet, with Naby Laye Toure leading the charge.
He will be assisted by his compatriots, Mamady Tere, Fadiga Kaba and Tawel Camara Younoussa as first, second and third assistant referees respectively for the much-anticipated clash.
Atindehou Innocent from Benin is the match commissioner, while Abdo Ali Mohamed from Djibouti will be the referee assessor.
After four matches, USM Alger sit top of Group A, accumulating 10 points, followed closely by Olympic Club Safi (9 points), with San Pedro occupying third place with 3 points, while Djoliba AC sit bottom with just a point.
