Nigeria Premier Football League outfit Niger Tornadoes have announced the re-signing of experienced attacker Bashir Usman in the current winter transfer window.
Usman has committed his future to Niger Tornadoes for two-years, keeping him at the club until 2028. At the beginning of the current season, Usman joined Katsina United after leaving eight-time NPFL champions Rangers International.
The striker previously played for the Minna-based club during the 2023/24 NPFL campaign, where he featured prominently for the Ikon Allah Boys and established himself as a reliable goal scorer.
Having secured a move to Niger Tornadoes, the experienced striker is expected to play a huge role for the club in the remaining season.
The forward is not new to Nigeria football, having previously featured for Nasarawa United, Plateau United and others.
With his wealth of experience, Niger Tornadoes is hopeful that he can contribute significantly towards the club’s growth.
Currently, Niger Tornadoes sit 9th position on the Nigeria Premier Football League table with 29 points after 21 matches.
