South African outfit Chippa United confirm signing of Eswatini forward Justice Figareido

South African outfit Chippa United have announced the signing of forward Justice Figareido in the current summer transfer window.

Figareido joins Chippa United on a permanent deal fellow South African outfit Richards Bay FC and is expected to play a huge role for the club in the ongoing campaign.

Chippa United have been unimpressive since the commencement of the Premier League campaign in South Africa, losing three games and drawing just one after four matches so far this season.

The Chilli Boys poor start to the season has prompted a swift squad augmentation, with the 27-year-old attacker joining the team.

“Chippa United is pleased to announce the signing of Justice Figareido on a permanent transfer from Richards Bay FC. The pacey forward joins the Chilli Boys ahead of the 2025 season. Last season, the Eswatini national team player made 22 appearances for Natal Rich Boyz across all competitions, netting two goals and providing two assists.

He joined Richards Bay in July 2023 from the now-defunct Cape Town All Stars, who were then competing in the Motsepe Foundation Championship.

The 27-year-old attacker has made 12 appearances for the Eswatini national team without scoring a goal.
