Ousmane Dembele’s year has been nothing short of sensational, with the Paris Saint-Germain forward driving the club to an unforgettable treble in 2025.
From January to the UEFA Champions League final in Munich on May 31, the 28-year-old netted 26 goals in all competitions, sealing the run with a 5-0 win over Inter that crowned PSG champions of Europe for the first time.
Speaking with UEFA, Dembele reflected on the joy of lifting the famous trophy and the unity that powered their success. He praised coach Luis Enrique for giving him freedom to play more centrally, a role he quickly embraced to help the team in every way possible.
“It is heavy, but it is beautiful,” he said of the Champions League trophy. “Winning it with PSG, the first for the club, is even more incredible.”
With a UEFA Super Cup clash against Tottenham up next, Dembele made PSG’s intentions clear. “The same as last season. We have the same goal as last season: win everything.”
