National Bank is wasting no time in shaping its squad for the upcoming season.

Led by Major General Ashraf Nassar, the club has made clear its terms for parting ways with in-demand striker Osama Faisal, valuing the 24-year-old at a minimum of one million dollars.

Faisal was a standout performer in the Egyptian Premier League last season, finishing as the second-highest scorer with 11 goals. His efforts caught the attention of the Egyptian national team and drew interest from several clubs, including his former side, Zamalek.

With interest mounting, National Bank has moved quickly to secure a backup plan. The club is closing in on signing Ahmed Amin “Ufa,” the Enppi forward, as a potential replacement for Faisal.

In addition, the club is in advanced talks to bolster its squad with several other names. These include Enppi’s Mustafa Douidar, Farco’s Jefferson Inkada, Petrojet’s Hamed Hamdan, and Egyptian talent Meadoo Jaber, all part of a strategic move to stay competitive regardless of Faisal’s fate.
