Nottingham Forest target French-Ivorian striker Ange-Yoan Bonny amid Serie A interest

Ange Yoan Bonny

Nottingham Forest are preparing a summer move for Parma striker Ange-Yoan Bonny as they look to strengthen their attacking line ahead of next season.

Born in France, Bonny has Ivorian heritage and has been steadily rising through the ranks in Italian football.

The 21-year-old has caught the attention of several clubs thanks to his performances for Parma, where he has shown promise with his pace, physicality, and finishing ability.

Reports indicate that while Nottingham Forest are keen, they will not have a clear path to signing the striker.

Several Serie A clubs are also monitoring Bonny’s situation and could rival Forest for his signature. Although the specific Italian clubs have not been named, it is clear that Parma face a battle to keep hold of their young talent.

Bonny is under contract with Parma until 2027, giving the club a strong negotiating position.

However, the player’s impressive development and the interest from bigger clubs could tempt both Parma and Bonny into considering a summer move.

During the current campaign, Bonny has continued to build on his reputation, making a series of important appearances for Parma.
