Ibrahim Maza opts to stay at Hertha Berlin amid Premier League interest

German Bundesliga side Bayer Leverkusen are keen on signing Germany-born attacker of Algerian descent, Ibrahim Maza.

Sources have revealed that the defending Bundesliga Champions are in advanced talks to secure the services of the talented prodigy.

Already, strong signs are pointing to Ibrahim Maza’s departure at the end of the season, with Hertha set to benefit financially from his sale.

The young attacker is widely seen as ready for the next step in his career following his standout performances this season.

Bayer Leverkusen have made their interest clear and remain confident of finalising the deal soon. Reports suggest the transfer fee is expected to fall within the range of €12 to €14 million.

Meanwhile, VfB Stuttgart are also monitoring Ibrahim Maza closely. The club views him as a potential successor to Enzo Millot.

This season at Hertha BSC, Ibrahim Maza has made 32 appearances in all competitions, scoring seven goals, and providing five assists.

He has already debuted for the Algerian national team at the age of 19 and is tipped to become a global star in the next few years.
