Troyes Clinch Crucial Away Win

Facing Pau in the Pyrenees, Troyes delivered a solid performance to claim all three points.

Despite a strong effort from Pau’s goalkeeper Bingourou Kamara, who made several crucial saves, the visitors proved too strong.

After a goalless first half, Stéphane Dumont’s side broke the deadlock in the 65th minute through Nicolas De Préville.

Just four minutes later, Diop doubled Troyes’ lead with his second goal of the season, putting the result beyond doubt.

Troyes Climb Above Pau in Standings

The victory lifts Troyes to 10th place in the Ligue 2 standings with 33 points, edging ahead of Pau, who also have 33 points but trail on goal difference.

Troyes will now look to build on this momentum as they push for a strong finish in the second division of French football.
