Legendary football manager, Arsene Wenger has heaped praise on talented Nigerian winger Ethan Nwaneri.
According to the former Arsenal manager, the teenager has what it takes to reach the top.
Speaking to BeIN Sports, Arsene Wenger drew comparisons to former player Cesc Fabregas.
“Nwaneri is more a creator through his final ball, his dribbling, and the quality of his passing,
“When I look at him, his maturity, it’s difficult for me to think he’s 17 years old.”
“The sign of a special talent is they are ready early,” Arsene Wenger said.
Ethan Nwaneri featured for Arsenal over the weekend and impressed in the 2-0 victory against Leicester City in the English Premier League.
This season, the 17-year-old has scored three goals and provided one assist after making 15 appearances in the English Premier League.
He has taken advantage of the chances given to him by Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta with many football analysts tipping him for greatness in the future.
