Italian giants Juventus are on the brink of securing a deal for Austrian defender Kevin Danso, who is of Ghanaian descent.
According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the Bianconeri are nearing an agreement with RC Lens for the centre-back, with plans to sign him on a straight loan until the end of the 2024/25 season.
Juventus are reportedly prepared to pay €2.5 million for the loan, with an additional €1.5 million in potential bonuses.
The Serie A club appears to be leading the race for Kevin Danso’s signature, edging out competition from Rennes.
Having already reinforced their backline by signing Renato Veiga on loan from Chelsea, Juventus are now pushing to add the 26-year-old, who has played a key role for Lens, helping them secure five clean sheets in 12 Ligue 1 appearances.
