Yves Erick Bile joins Hapoel Petah Tikva as Andre Jordan Emini Zibi signs for AS Saint-Etienne

Yves Erick Bile has joined Hapoel Petah Tikva on loan from PFC Ludogorets until the end of the current season, while Cameroon Under-18 forward Andre Jordan Emini Zibi has signed his first professional contract with AS Saint-Etienne.

The Israeli club announced the agreement on social media, securing the services of the 21-year-old Ivory Coast striker as he begins a new chapter in the Israeli top flight.

Bile moved to Razgrad in January 2025 from Slovakian club Zilina. Since arriving at PFC Ludogorets, he has scored eight goals in 68 appearances across all competitions for the Eagles.

The temporary transfer is intended to give Bile more regular playing time and allow him to gain experience in a different league. He was also approached by Belgian clubs last summer, according to Africafoot’s exclusive sources.

Emini Zibi signs first professional deal

AS Saint-Etienne have completed the signing of Andre Jordan Emini Zibi’s first professional contract, according to journalist Nathan.

The 18-year-old striker joins from Oyili FC, who play in Cameroon’s Regional level in the Centre region. He had also attracted interest from FC Nantes during the same period, as previously reported exclusively by Africafoot, but opted to move to Saint-Etienne in Ligue 2.

His contract runs for one season and includes an option for two additional years.

Emini Zibi has already made an impact since joining the club. He scored twice for AS Saint-Etienne’s Under-19 side in their 7-0 victory over FC Borgo at the weekend.

Youssouf Oumarou returns to Stade Tunisien

Stade Tunisien have confirmed the signing of Niger international Youssouf Oumarou on a contract running until 2027.

The 33-year-old midfielder returns to the Bardo-based club, having previously represented them in 2024. His arrival adds considerable experience of Tunisian football, following earlier spells with US Monastir and Esperance de Tunis.

Oumarou has also played abroad for Al Karama in Iraq and Al Hazem in Saudi Arabia, adding international experience to his domestic career.
