Malian midfielder Yves Bissouma facing uncertain Tottenham future
Malian international Yves Bissouma could leave Tottenham Hotspur at the end of the season as uncertainty continues to surround his future in north London.
Transfer speculation involving the Spurs midfielder has intensified in recent weeks, with reports across European media suggesting several clubs are monitoring his situation ahead of the summer transfer window.
According to reports cited by Africa Soccer, Turkish side Amed SK are among the clubs showing interest in the 29-year-old midfielder.
The Turkish press claims the club has been closely following the Malian international as they explore possible additions to strengthen their squad.
The reports also suggest Bissouma’s market value is estimated at around 12 million euros, a figure believed to fit within the recruitment plans of the interested club.
However, Tottenham could face the prospect of losing the midfielder without receiving a transfer fee, as his current deal is reportedly approaching its final stages ahead of July 1.
Bissouma’s campaign has been heavily disrupted by injury problems. The Mali star has made only 11 Premier League appearances this season after spending a significant period on the sidelines with a knee injury.
The midfielder has recently returned to action and featured in Tottenham’s last three matches, although he has yet to complete a full 90 minutes since making his comeback.
Despite his limited involvement this season, Bissouma remains an experienced presence in midfield and continues to attract attention from clubs outside England.
His uncertain position at Tottenham has increased speculation about a possible departure, particularly as the club prepare to assess their squad options ahead of next season.
Bissouma joined Tottenham with high expectations and has shown flashes of his quality during his time in the Premier League. However, injuries and inconsistent playing time have complicated his progress at the club this season.
With interest from abroad continuing to grow, the coming months could prove decisive in determining whether the Malian midfielder remains in north London or begins a new chapter elsewhere.
