Trabzonspor launch loan move for Nigerian striker Tolu Arokodare

Turkish giants Trabzonspor have reportedly stepped up their pursuit of Nigerian forward Tolu Arokodare by making an official approach to sign the Wolverhampton Wanderers striker ahead of the new season.

According to reports, Trabzonspor have submitted a loan proposal for the Super Eagles attacker as they seek to bolster their frontline before the close of the summer transfer window.

The Black Sea outfit are eager to reinforce their attacking department and have identified Arokodare as one of their priority targets, with the club preparing for the possible departure of fellow Nigerian international Paul Onuachu.

Onuachu has been linked with a move away from Trabzonspor in recent weeks, prompting the Turkish side to begin searching for a proven replacement capable of leading the attack.
