Adaramola arrives at Hillsborough with an established record of gaining experience through the loan system. The defender, born in Dublin and holding both Irish and Nigerian nationality, has risen through the Crystal Palace ranks since progressing from Crystal Palace Youth to the U18 side and then on to the U21s. Standing 1.77m tall and naturally left-footed, he is categorised primarily as a defender at left-back, a role in which Wednesday clearly expect him to provide energy and depth for the Championship run-in. His regular deployment in that position throughout previous loans in England and Belgium points to a consistent development path centred on the left side of defence.
