SBA login: how to sign in
Logging in to SBA is quick once your account is set up. This guide explains how to sign in on the website and app, what to do if you forget your password, and how to fix the most common SBA login problems Ugandan players run into.
How to log in to SBA
- Go to the official SBA website or open the app.
- Tap the Login button.
- Enter your registered phone number.
- Enter your password and tap Login.
Once signed in you can deposit via mobile money, browse markets, place bets and request withdrawals. SBA is licensed by the National Lottery and Gaming Regulatory Board (NLGRB).
Forgot your SBA password?
If you cannot remember your password, tap “Forgot password” on the SBA login screen. A reset code is sent by SMS to your registered phone number. Follow the prompts, create a new secure password, and log in again. Choose a password you do not use elsewhere and never share it.
SBA login problems and fixes
Most sign-in issues come down to an incorrect phone number or password, a weak mobile-data connection, or an outdated app. Double-check your details, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and update the SBA app to the latest version.
