Sobemap FC and Rangers International FC name line-ups for CAF Champions League decider

Sobemap FC host Rangers International FC in Lome on Friday, with both sides needing a victory to progress from the first preliminary round of the CAF Champions League.

The first-leg meeting ended in a draw, leaving the Beninese club and their Nigerian opponents level before the return fixture. The official starting line-ups have now been confirmed.

Sobemap FC will begin with Fadil Soumanou in goal, supported by Fehintola Adeola, Kevin Alavo, Emmanuel Ali and captain Aldo Loko.

Mohamadou Assoumanou, Berenger Koho and Gratien Houndo are also included, while Innocent Sosu, Ramadane Karim and Zoulkaneri Seibou complete the starting XI.

Rangers International FC have selected Abuchi Destiny Oke as their goalkeeper. Their outfield starters are Chibueze Oputa, Obinna Igboke, Ikechukwu Gmben(a), Temitope Folarin, Obaje Godwin, Azeez Falolu, Adebayo Lawal, Phanosta Iwundu, captain Nwobodo Chidiebere Johnson and Mathew Monday.

The winner in Lome will secure a place in the next stage of the continental competition.
