Senegal international Nicolas Jackson is keen on staying at Chelsea despite falling down the pecking order at the club.
Jackson joined Chelsea in 2023 from Spanish side Villarreal for an impressive €37 million. Since joining the Blues, Jackson has played 81 matches, scoring 30 goals and providing 12 assists.
Last season, Nicolas made 37 appearances but found the net just 13 times, raising questions about his future with the club.
The forward is facing an uncertain future at the club following the arrival of Liam Delap and Joao Pedro this summer.
Despite facing an uncertain future, Jackson has rejected a move to Italian clubs, Napoli and Milan, as he aims to stay at Chelsea for the upcoming season.
Meanwhile, Chelsea are said not to be too eager to part ways with the striker. The Blues hopes Jackson will provide healthy competition for the attacking department.
However, an offer in the range of £70-80 million could convince the Blues to reconsider their stance. Jackson’s current contract with Chelsea runs until 2033.
