Saudi team nears signing Mohamed Elneny in Summer transfer window
According to Saudi newspaper “Al Riyadhiah”, the management of Al Khaleej Club has entered direct negotiations with Mohamed Elneny, the former Arsenal midfielder, to secure his services for the upcoming season.
“Al Riyadhiah” further reports that the management of the club based in Al Qassim is actively seeking to strengthen their squad with notable foreign players, aiming to finalize deals before the start of the new season.
Elneny, aged 31, has emerged as a top priority for bolstering the team’s ranks.
Elneny’s Stint with Arsenal has been fruitful Mohamed Elneny concluded his contract with Arsenal after spending eight years at the club, during which he featured in 161 matches and scored 6 goals.
He also clinched the FA Cup and the FA Community Shield titles during his tenure.
According to Transfermarkt, Mohamed Elneny’s market value is estimated at €3.5 million.
The potential move to Al Khaleej Club marks a significant transition for Mohamed Elneny, offering him a new challenge in the Saudi Professional League.
