Jean-Armel Kana-Biyik, the defender for Stade Rennais, has faced consequences for his recent clashes with supporters. Following discussions with his coach, Philippe Montanier, and club president Frédéric de Saint-Sernin, Kana-Biyik has been suspended indefinitely by Stade Rennais.
In addition to his suspension, the club has implemented stricter internal regulations regarding behavior within the professional group. As Kana-Biyik breached these rules, he has also received a financial penalty.
