Newly-promoted French Ligue 1 side, Paris FC, have agreed a deal for the signing of Nigerian winger Moses Simon.
According to sources, Paris FC and FC Nantes have reached an agreement to pave the way for the transfer of the attacker.
Checks have revealed that Paris FC will be paying around €7 million to make the deal happen.
Moses Simon, 29, has been a key target for Paris FC this summer as they prepare to strengthen their squad ahead of their first season back in Ligue 1 after 46 years.
Earlier reports from Ouest-France revealed that Paris initially tabled an offer of around €5 million, which was rejected by Nantes.
However, an improved bid has now convinced the club to part ways with Simon, who has been a vital player for Nantes since joining permanently in 2020.
During his time with the Canaries, Simon played a crucial role in helping the club avoid relegation and also featured in back-to-back Coupe de France finals in 2022 and 2023, winning the first after defeating OGC Nice to claim Nantes’ fourth title.
The Nigerian is now set to open a new chapter of his career when he moves to Paris FC.
