Nicolas Jackson continued his impressive run of form by scoring his third goal for Aston Villa in their league match against Brentford on Saturday.
The Senegal international returned to club action after a successful international break and rescued Aston Villa after they had fallen behind.
Jackson levelled the score early in the game, arriving at the far post to convert a cross-shot from Emiliano Buendia which had taken a deflection off the Brentford defence.
The goal extends a productive spell for Jackson, who had already scored twice for Aston Villa before the international break. He also made his mark with Senegal, scoring against Mozambique and providing an assist in the match against Ethiopia.
The forward has therefore continued to contribute goals and assists for both club and country as he adapts to life at Aston Villa.
