Cameroonian goalkeeper, Andre Onana, has opened up about Manchester United’s campaign in the 2024/25 football season ahead of the new season.

According to the former Inter Milan and Ajax man, last season was very tough for the Red Devils.

He is now hoping that the team can stay together and excel in the 2025/26 football season.

He believes that this will ensure the team is hard to beat.

“I think togetherness. We are together. We know that last season was tough for us and must make sure this doesn’t happen again. We know the way. We work hard, we enjoy training together. We have fun and that is key. When we are together, we are going to be hard to beat,” Andre Onana said.

The Manchester United goalkeeper continued, “We’re happy with the way things are going. We play well, score goals and I’m happy how the team is developing themselves. Let’s see. I think it’s going to be important to have a good start against Arsenal and then everything is possible.”

Although still on the books of Manchester United, Andre Onana has fallen out of the pecking order.

He must fight and pick up form to cement his place in the starting eleven of Manchester United next season.
