Iyed Hadj Khalifa: FUS Rabat linked with move for Tunisia striker from Dinamo Tbilisi
Tunisia centre-forward Iyed Hadj Khalifa is being linked with a move from Georgian side Dinamo Tbilisi to Moroccan club FUS Rabat, with the 26-year-olds situation adding intrigue to the early stages of the Botola Pro Inwi transfer window.
Hadj Khalifa, who is currently on loan at Gori FC from Dinamo Tbilisi, is listed with a market value of 200,000 on Transfermarkt, and the Moroccan club are reported to be monitoring his status closely. The probability of a transfer has not yet been defined, with the move still firmly in the rumour category.
The 1.92m right-footed centre-forward only arrived in Georgia in February 2026 from Union Sportive de Ben Guerdane, before being loaned to Gori FC in March. An upcoming transfer back to Dinamo Tbilisi is already scheduled for 31 December 2026 at the end of his loan, meaning he is not currently on course to become a free agent.
There is no public confirmation of a fixed contract expiry date at Dinamo Tbilisi, which has fuelled speculation that FUS Rabat could try to negotiate a relatively low-cost deal, using his 200k valuation as a reference point.
Born in Sousse on 30 September 1999, Hadj Khalifa has built his career across several Tunisian clubs before his first move abroad. He progressed from US Tataouines U21 side into the senior team in 2021, then had spells with ES Rades, CS Hammam-Lif, US Monastir and Ben Guerdane, featuring in the Tunisian top flight before switching to the Erovnuli Liga.
His market value has fluctuated over the past two years, peaking at 350k while at US Monastir in June 2025 and then dropping to 200k after his move to Gori FC was assessed in June 2026.
With talks around his future ongoing and no concrete fee or agreement reported, any switch to FUS Rabat would mark Hadj Khalifas first move into Moroccan football and could be a pivotal step in reshaping his reputation outside Tunisia if the transfer is eventually completed.
