Issiaka Kamate: French-Ivorian winger joins Atl. Madrileno from Inter U23 for €2m
French-Ivorian winger Issiaka Kamate has joined Spanish club Atl. Madrileno from Inter U23 for €2m.
The 22-year-old left winger has signed a contract running until 30 June 2030 after completing his move on 1 September 2026. Kamate will play in Spain’s Primera Federacion Group II, having previously featured in Serie C with Inter U23.
Kamate is a left-footed attacker who was born in Aulnay-sous-Bois, France. He began his youth career with Montfermeil before joining Inter’s academy in 2020, progressing through the club’s under-17, under-18 and under-19 teams.
He moved into Inter’s senior structure in July 2024 and spent the 2024-25 campaign on loan at Avs FS and Modena. His spell at Avs FS ran from August 2024 until January 2025, before he joined Modena on loan for the remainder of the season. He subsequently returned to Inter U23 before making the move to Atl. Madrileno.
The transfer takes Kamate to Spain after his time in Italy, where he was part of an Inter setup that won the Italian championship in 2023-24. He also has two Italian Cup winner’s medals from the 2022-23 and 2025-26 campaigns with Inter.
Kamate’s new club have secured his services for a fee of €2m, with the agreement tying him to Atl. Madrileno through the end of the 2029-30 season. He joins as a player capable of operating on the left side of attack, having established that position as his preferred role.
The move represents Kamate’s first transfer away from the Inter system after more than six years connected with the Italian club, including his development through its youth ranks, loan spells and time with Inter U23.
Kamate has now completed his transfer from Inter U23 to Atl. Madrileno on a €2m deal, with his contract in Spain running until June 2030.
