In a revelation that has resonated through Egyptian football circles, sports commentator Ibrahim Fayek disclosed unexpected details concerning the loan agreement of Ziyad Kamal, the midfield player from Enppi, to Zamalek during the ongoing winter transfer window.
Speaking on ON Time Sports 2 channel, Ibrahim Fayek declared, “Ziyad Kamal’s deal stands out as the most expensive in Zamalek’s current transfer market endeavors.
It might even be considered the costliest in the league in terms of a loan.
The player has joined Zamalek on a loan deal for two and a half seasons, with a total cost reaching 30 million Egyptian pounds.”
He further clarified, “The deal’s value is 5 million pounds for the first six months, 10 million pounds in the following year, and 15 million pounds in the final year.”
Fayek continued, “Enppi stipulated a clause that grants them the right to sell Ziyad Kamal.
In the first year, if an offer is received for the player, Enppi can sell him while giving Zamalek a 10% share.
In the second year, if a buyer emerges, Enppi can sell the player, with Zamalek entitled to a 20% share of the transfer fee.”
Concluding his revelations, he stated, “Enppi has also ensured a clause that earns them 3 million pounds if Zamalek secures victory in the league.
Additionally, if Zamalek clinches the cup championship, Enppi will receive 1 million pounds.”
