French-Ivorian defender Axel Tape joins Bayer Leverkusen on free transfer from PSG

Bayer Leverkusen have completed the signing of 17-year-old French defender Axel Tape from Paris Saint-Germain in a free transfer, continuing the German club’s strategy of investing in youth with long-term potential.

Tape, who has signed a contract with Leverkusen until the end of the 2025–26 season, joins as a free agent following the expiry of his youth contract at PSG.
