Arthur Wandji, a sports betting expert and Cameroonian journalist, has selected three matches for Saturday’s accumulator, including Manchester United’s meeting with Bournemouth, Bayern Munich’s trip to Freiburg and the latest El Clasico.
Manchester United v Bournemouth – 14:00 GMT
Recommended bet: Bryan Mbeumo not to score (odds: 1.31)
Manchester United return to domestic action after a heavy 4-1 defeat by Como in the Champions League, while Bournemouth go into the game after a 3-0 victory over AC Milan.
Bryan Mbeumo has been one of Manchester United’s main attacking threats this season, scoring four goals in seven Premier League appearances. However, he is part of a side that has made a poor start to the campaign, winning only one of its first seven league matches.
Backing the Cameroon forward to find the net therefore carries a degree of risk. Bournemouth are also unbeaten in their past six Premier League meetings with the Red Devils.
Freiburg v Bayern Munich – 16:30 GMT
Recommended bet: More than 9.5 corners (odds: 1.70)
Freiburg have lost their past two matches, against Leverkusen and Monaco, but remain unbeaten at home this season.
Bayern Munich scored six goals against Leipzig before drawing 2-2 with Arsenal, underlining their ability to create sustained attacking pressure. Harry Kane has scored 16 goals for club and country this season and has found the net in each of his past three appearances against Freiburg.
Bayern will be without Jamal Musiala, Luis Diaz and Manuel Neuer. The last three meetings between the teams have produced an average of nine corners, with both sides expected to push forward as they seek to remain in contact with the top of the Bundesliga.
Barcelona v Real Madrid – 20:00 GMT
Recommended bet: Kylian Mbappe to score (odds: 1.76)
Kylian Mbappe heads into El Clasico with nine goals in nine La Liga matches. He also scored in Real Madrid’s 4-1 Champions League win over Leipzig in their most recent game.
Real Madrid have scored four goals in each of their past three competitive fixtures, while Barcelona have scored 39 times in their opening nine league games.
Barcelona will be without Dani Olmo, Eric Garcia and Andreas Christensen, and Jules Kounde is doubtful. Real Madrid must cope without the suspended Vinicius Junior and the injured Rodrygo.
With those absences affecting both teams, Mbappe is set to be Real Madrid’s principal attacking outlet. The forward, who dreams of winning the Ballon d’Or, will look to take advantage of the space created by a reshaped Barcelona defence.
Odds may change.
