Felgueiras S23 sign Ivory Coast winger Moussa Cisse from Minija

Ivory Coast winger Moussa Cisse has joined Felgueiras S23 from Lithuania-based club Minija, completing a move to Portugal for the 2026-27 season.

The 21-year-old right winger switches clubs on 4 September 2026 and will continue his career in the Liga Next Gen with Felgueiras. No transfer fee has been disclosed for the move.

Cisse arrives after making nine appearances in the I Lyga during the 2026-27 campaign, scoring twice. He also played once in the ChNL, completing 45 minutes before his departure from Minija.

The forward had joined Minija from C. Budejovice on 15 July 2026 in a free transfer. His time at C. Budejovice followed a spell with AS Mansa, whom he joined from Ghanaian football institution Right to Dream in July 2024.

Born in Divo, Cisse stands 1.82 metres tall and operates primarily on the right side of attack. He is right-footed and has been registered as a player for FC Felgueiras Sub-23 following the move.

His switch to Felgueiras represents a change of country after his recent spells in Lithuania and the Czech Republic. The move also places him in a new domestic competition after his appearances in the I Lyga and ChNL earlier in the season.

Cisse has now completed his move from Minija to Felgueiras S23.
