FC Muri-G. bring in Swiss-Algerian midfielder Rayan Madani from BEJUNE U19

Rayan Madani has joined FC Muri-G. from BEJUNE U19 on a free transfer, giving the Swiss club a 19-year-old Swiss-Algerian attacking midfielder for the 2026-27 season.

Madani completed the move on 29 August 2026 and has signed a contract running until 30 June 2027. He will move from the U19 Elite League to FC Muri-G.’s 1. Liga Classic group 2 setup.

Born in Bern on 22 April 2007, Madani is listed as an attacking midfielder and prefers to use his right foot. He stands 1.85m tall and holds Swiss and Algerian nationalities. His arrival adds a young midfield option to a first-team squad competing in Switzerland’s fourth-tier 1. Liga.

The transfer ends Madani’s time with BEJUNE U19, where he had played since joining from BEJUNE U17 in July 2024. Before that, he spent the 2023-24 season with BEJUNE U17 after leaving BSC YB U16, having previously been part of the BSC YB junior setup.

His development has therefore taken place entirely within Swiss youth football, with the move to FC Muri-G. representing his next step into senior competition. The club’s 2026-27 campaign includes league fixtures in the 1. Liga Classic group 2, while Madani has also been registered in the Swiss U19 Elite League.

Madani’s transfer was completed without a fee, and his agreement with FC Muri-G. runs through the end of June 2027.
