English-Nigerian star Bukayo Saka reportedly agrees new Arsenal contract

Saka Return

England international of Nigerian descent Bukayo Saka has reportedly reached an agreement to sign a new contract with Premier League giants Arsenal.

Saka, who has just two-years left on his current contract has become a subject of interest for several clubs in Europe including Real Madrid.

In an attempt to ward off interest, the Gunners are said to have offered the enterprising winger a long-term contract extension.

Saka could be set to become the highest-earner at the club as a reward for his immense form over the past few years.

Meanwhile, details to his new deal has yet to be revealed but it is said Saka will be tied to the club for a longer period.

News of Saka’s imminent new contract will be received extremely poorly in Spain as Real Madrid have recently been tipped to pursue a sensational deal for the Englishman should Vinicius Junior departs this summer

The 23-year-old has established himself as one of the world’s best wingers since the appointment of Mikel Arteta. This season, Saka has racked up 24 goal contributions in just 31 appearances, averaging a goal or an assist every 90 minutes.

The England star has now ended transfer speculation and is set to sign fresh terms at Arsenal.
