Elye Wahi is being linked with a move from Eintracht Frankfurt to Galatasaray, with the prospective transfer currently rated at a 56% likelihood, according to data compiled on the Turkish club’s interest.

The 22-year-old centre-forward, valued at €18.00m, is under contract at Frankfurt but could yet become a candidate to move on, or even edge towards free-agent status in future, with no firm contract expiry date listed in the latest data. Galatasaray are monitoring his situation closely as they assess attacking options from the Bundesliga for the Süper Lig.

Wahi only joined Eintracht Frankfurt from Olympique Marseille after a short spell with the Ligue 1 side, having previously risen to prominence in France with Montpellier HSC and later RC Lens. His current valuation has dipped from a peak of €40m during his time at Lens, and then gradually from €30m at Marseille to €18m at Frankfurt, a trajectory that may make him a more accessible target for Galatasaray than in previous windows.

Born on 2 January 2003 in Courcouronnes, the 1.84m forward is right-footed and operates primarily through the middle. He holds both French and Ivorian nationality, adding to his appeal for clubs seeking a young striker with international flexibility and top-flight experience in both Ligue 1 and the Bundesliga.

Wahi’s club career has followed a steady climb through youth and reserve sides – from FC Montfermeil U17 to Montpellier’s U19s, then Montpellier B, before breaking into the senior Montpellier team and earning moves to Lens, Marseille and now Frankfurt. That pathway, combined with his age and fluctuating but still significant market value, positions him as a relatively low-risk, high-upside option for Galatasaray.

Should a deal materialise, a switch to Istanbul and the Süper Lig could mark the next major turning point in Wahi’s career, offering a fresh platform to rebuild his value and reputation on the European stage.
