DR Congo defender Mungwengi Manuma makes Angola move with Primeiro de Agosto

Mungwengi Manuma has signed for Angolan giants Primeiro de Agosto on a two-season contract, giving the Democratic Republic of the Congo defender a major opportunity to continue his development on the international stage.

The centre-back, who can also operate as a defensive midfielder, joins one of Angola’s most established clubs after making his way through the respected Ujana Academy. His move to Luanda represents the latest step in a career that has already included spells with TP Mazembe, Blessing FC and Jamus SC in South Sudan.
